OPPORTUNITY

The RK Group partnered with The CE Group to elevate the visibility of their elegant but still emerging venue, The Red Berry Estate. While well known for weddings, the estate needed to broaden its reputation as a premier destination for corporate events, nonprofit galas, company celebrations, and holiday parties. Key challenges included the perception that it was “just a wedding venue” and too far from downtown—causing planners to default to familiar hotels and urban spaces.

SOLUTION

The CE Group developed a comprehensive, multi-channel strategy to reposition the estate as a top luxury venue for both corporate and social events. We identified target luxury clients and corporate audiences and reframed the venue’s location as convenient, accessible, and parking-friendly. Our team rewrote the website to speak directly to planners and decision-makers; redesigned the sales brochure with corporate-specific details; strengthened SEO with tailored blog content. We helped the client shift their social media to spotlight corporate events; launched a dedicated LinkedIn page; enhanced the website contact page to improve lead quality. Through our integrated team, we conducted focus groups with DMCs and event managers to clarify perception gaps and fine-tune messaging. A large part of the marketing included email campaigns to clients across RK Group companies; we also placed paid ads in luxury publications and through the chamber of commerce to reach high-end and corporate audiences, especially ahead of holiday booking season.
