Sara’s journey into event planning began with her first job in high school as a “Birthday Party Coach.” What started as a fun introduction to hospitality has since grown into a dynamic career dedicated to creating memorable experiences. A proud Texas A&M graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Park & Tourism Sciences, Sara brings over a decade of experience in events, food & beverage, and sales management. With a strong foundation in luxury hotels and high-end hospitality, Sara combines a meticulous eye to detail with a deep commitment to exceptional service. Over the years, she has successfully managed a diverse range of events—from nonprofit fundraisers and sports team events to entertainment room blocks and outdoor community festivals. Outside the office, Sara is all about balance. When she’s not chasing her toddler around or watching Formula 1 with her husband, you’ll find her trying new restaurants throughout San Antonio or attempting (with varying degrees of success) to keep her ever-growing collection of houseplants alive.
