Monica is a collaborative leader with an extensive background managing client relationships, sponsorship activations, and complex projects that bring people and organizations together. She specializes in cross-functional team leadership, ensuring every detail is executed with purpose and excellence. Throughout her career, Monica has successfully led community celebrations, nonprofit initiatives, and stakeholder engagement that advanced organizational goals. She currently serves on the boards of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the UT San Antonio Alumni Association. Outside of work, Monica enjoys exploring the world, shopping local, and cheering on the San Antonio Spurs.
