Lori Houston is leading The CE Group into its next chapter of growth as President & CEO, bringing more than 23 years of executive leadership experience advancing communities, strengthening organizations and delivering transformative results. Known for aligning strategy, building strong partnerships and turning bold ideas into action, Lori leads with collaboration, purpose and a commitment to excellence.

Previously, Lori served as Assistant City Manager for the City of San Antonio, where she lead landmark initiatives including the San Antonio River Improvements Project, the UTSA Downtown Campus expansion and the restoration and redevelopment of the Alamo.

Under Lori’s leadership, The CE Group continues to build on its legacy while expanding its impact as a trusted strategic partner for clients across Texas. She holds a Master of Public Administration from UTSA and a bachelor’s degree in Business from New Mexico State University. In her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her daughter, partner, and her one-of-a-kind furry friend, Elvis.
