OPPORTUNITY

Earlier in the year, Port San Antonio opened the doors to San Antonio’s newest tech innovation hub, Tech Port Center + Arena, housing the nation’s most modern technology arena venue, a collaborative lab for startups (Capital Factory), LAN gaming center, and food hall. Building Futures // Connecting Worlds was designed as a fundraising event benefitting the Kelly Heritage Foundation, as well as to celebrate the completion and opening of San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology’s (SAMSAT) Area 21, a new immersive exhibit showcasing our region’s leading tech breakthroughs.

SOLUTION

The CE Group’s Event and Creative teams worked closely with Port San Antonio and coordinated details and logistics with each of the venue’s partners to plan and produce this one-night extravaganza all with the same goal in mind – incorporate their missions and values into highlighting all that Tech Port Center + Arena has to offer. Our Creative team designed the event identity and all related collateral. From the save the date, invitation, digital graphics, and guest favors to large-scale venue artwork, we oversaw the visual thread carried throughout the project to maintain consistency and client expectations. Alongside key partners at the venue, the plans included bringing stories to life through tech demos, robotics, and immersive exhibit experiences. With roaming and stage entertainment, impressive décor elements, curated food and drink by each of the food hall purveyors, around every corner there was an intentional effort to showcase all this new venue has to offer to the local and regional community and beyond. The CE Group collaborated with all the innovative minds involved to show that building futures for the current and following generations can happen right now at our fingertips.
