Showcasing Southern Hospitality
Destination: San Antonio and The CE Group brought the facts, fun and flair of San Antonio firsthand to attendees at the National Conference of State Legislatures in August 2011, highlighting the city as not only a tourist destination but as a historical location rich with culture, cuisine, beauty and art.
“It’s a great honor for us to partner with such a reputable, reliable and exceptional company. This conference delivers unique value in a unique way—and none of it would have been possible without your staff’s superb customer service and excellence. On behalf of the Texas House of Representatives, thank you for always making San Antonio feel like home.”
Our role was all-encompassing from the get-go. Services for NCSL spanned from the development of the event’s theme, décor plan, catering and hospitality, to entertainment, signage, customized collateral and favors, transportation, on-site management, and volunteer training and logistics. We were responsible for historical and cultural tours throughout the four-day period, the hospitality desk, opening night reception and closing night event. We also provided city-wide shuttle transportation for attendees and assisted with the children’s program, including transportation. Guests felt the San Antonio magic throughout the event and were met with true southern hospitality.
