San Antonio held its first ever Síclovía on Sunday, October, 2, 2011 on Broadway. The street was closed for pedestrians to walk, bike, jog or walk their dog. Along the route were Reclovia areas where participants could join in on Zumba, yoga, basketball, soccer and a myriad of other programs in order to get healthy. This first time event was sponsored by the City of San Antonio and the YMCA.
