CE Group produced four events in four days for the Grand Opening of the new Dell Children’s Hospital. Because Seaton Family of Hospitals is very involved with their community they did not want to leave anyone out of the celebration and help separate events to make each group feel like they were involved We produced an Appreciate event for all the contract and vendors who had an hand in building the hospital, a Physician’s Reception for all the new and current doctors in the surrounding area, Neighbor’s day event for all neighbors of the hospital and finally a Grand Opening Celebration for all the public. The celebration included a blessing of the doors by the Arch Bishop, tours of the hospital, food tents, a hot air balloon glow, and a performance from Rick Trevino.
