Rock 'n' Roll Marathon took place on Sunday, November 13, 2011 to raise support and awareness for breast cancer research. The starting line was in Downtown San Antonio on S. Alamo St. and E. Market Street. The marathon and half-marathon began at 7:30a.m, with over 30,000 in attendance.
